My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and had a great sea view, but the lack of windows and poor ventilation made it a bit uncomfortable. The service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff available. The location was convenient, just a few minutes away from Patong beach, but the need to go around the roads to reach the beach was a drawback. The dining experience was average, with organic products available nearby. The facilities were sufficient for a pleasant stay.
